Dream Ten: Mystery Machines and Mayhem

Image
The Dream When I dream, it can be difficult to understand—and sometimes even harder to explain. There are moments when I question whether a dream means anything at all. In this dream, everything began instantly. As soon as I fell asleep, I was dreaming. I saw giant, robot-like beings in the streets. They were massive, round in form, from their heads to their bodies and arms. They had no legs. Instead, they hovered, floating and gliding through the air. Whatever they were, they felt unnatural. Chaos filled the streets. These beings were demolishing everything in their path. People were screaming, running, and desperately trying to survive. I noticed a man wearing a lab coat, holding a file. He was hiding among debris, trying not to be seen. I screamed at him, asking what we needed to do. He looked terrified, panicked for his life, and said only one word: “Run.” Then the scene shifted. I found myself in an entirely white place—so white that I couldn’t tell where the...

Positioned to Receive

Image
Recently, I had a dream that stayed with me long after I woke up, not because I fully understood it, but because I felt it. I was walking down a long back road, surrounded by other people. There were trees on both sides and a stretch of street ahead of us, like we were all heading somewhere, but no one was rushing. It felt like a journey, quiet, steady, and in-between. As I continued walking, something unusual began to happen. Clear, plastic-like objects started falling from the sky. They weren’t dropping fast; they floated down slowly, almost gently. I remember feeling like I needed one, like it was important. So I positioned myself to catch one. Not everyone caught one. But I did. When I held it in my hands, I studied it closely, turning it, trying to understand what it was. It was clear, with a rubbery texture. At first, I thought it might be a vest, and that thought made me feel like maybe a flood was coming, like this was something meant for protection, even if I didn’t fully...

Dream Nine: The Marriage Dream

Image
One night, I dreamed I was getting married in a small building. A tall man stood beside me—my groom, I assumed—but I couldn’t see his face. Perhaps I wasn’t meant to. I only saw his back, dressed in a black suit. I was wearing a white dress. I then realized I was standing on a wobbling chair, my arms stretched out as if I were walking a tightrope in a circus—trying to keep my balance. Suddenly, the man grabbed my arm, and I became still. That was it. Reflection I have never forgotten this dream. I remember it with clarity, as if it happened just last night. At the time, I believed it was a sign that I would soon be married—or that God was showing me the marriage meant for me. From that point on, every man I met made me wonder if he could be “the one.” I believe God does reveal glimpses of the future. But looking back, I now ask different questions. Was God showing me something He desired—or something I would choose? Was it a promise, or a preview of a decisio...

Dream Eight: The Pure Water and the Locked Door

Image
In this dream, I found myself in a bathroom. I looked over and noticed the tub; it was filled with the most beautiful water I had ever seen. The water looked so pure and blue, like it had no impurities. The water rippled a little, but I couldn’t take my eyes off it. Suddenly, I was lifted and submerged headfirst into the water. Surprisingly, I had no fear; it was done with care, as if someone had placed me under gently and brought me up gently. Each time I came up, I found myself higher than before. This happened three times. Each time I was submerged in the water, I rose higher. The third time, when I realized how high I had been lifted, I became afraid. Out of fear, I brought myself down using the wall and ran out of the bathroom. When I ran out, the scene changed. I was suddenly outside, at night, and two dogs ran up to me as if they were going to attack. But they didn’t; they only barked. I turned around to go back into the door I left from—to return to the bathroom. But when I...

Dream Seven: The Visitor, the Child, and the Man Outside

Image
The Dream This dream unfolded in three connected scenes, each carrying its own emotion. Someone from my past arrived at my home. I felt genuinely happy to see him, as if a familiar energy had returned. I offered him clean clothes, and he washed up, as though he needed a moment to reset. The atmosphere felt warm, inviting, and safe. Then the scene shifted. My grandbaby approached him, hugging and kissing him as if they had known each other for years. In real life, they have never met, yet in the dream there was an immediate bond—innocent, pure, and unexpected. In the background, I noticed my ex-husband sitting alone in a chair in the backyard. He wasn’t angry or upset. He was simply there—present, yet separate and distant. Reflection This dream didn’t feel like it was about reclaiming someone or losing someone. Instead, it felt like a mirror—revealing what’s behind me, what I’m allowing into my life now, and what no longer belongs within my inner world. Scripture Connect...

Dream Six: A Dream of Warning and Wonder

Image
Dream Six: God's Heavenly Wonders The Dream Once again, I found myself out in the world when I suddenly heard the Emergency Alert System — the same one cities test at the beginning of each month. But this time, instead of the usual voice calmly saying, “This is just a test,” I heard a woman’s voice saying, “This is not a test.” The sirens grew louder, and people around me began to panic. The sky shifted into a strange, deep orange. It frightened me because the last time I saw the sky look like that in real life, a tornado was approaching. That was my exact thought inside the dream  — “Is a tornado coming?”  I soon realized it wasn't a tornado, but I knew within the dream that something eventful was about to take place. Then the scene changed. I saw my mom holding these shiny purple hearts in her hands — so many that she could barely hold them all. Meanwhile, my youngest son said he needed to go somewhere, and that upset me. I remember thinking, “At a time like...

Dream Five: Kingdom Spouse in the Streets?

Image
Dream Five: Kingdom Spouse in the Streets The Dream I dreamed I was outside in a city, standing near a busy street. And then — I saw him… standing in the middle of the road as if he were preaching, trying to get people’s attention. Cars rushed past him, but he didn’t move. His posture was steady, focused, unshaken. I called out to him because it didn’t seem safe for him to be in the street like that. When he turned and looked at me, he didn’t speak, but his eyes said everything: “I got this.” In that moment, something about the way he looked at me felt close, as if there was an unspoken understanding between us. I called out to him in a way that felt natural, familiar — like how a wife might call out to her husband when she’s worried. He answered with that silent assurance, and then I woke up, still holding onto the feeling, wondering — not like the last time — Lord, what did that dream mean? Scripture “Go out quickly into the streets and lanes of the city…” — Luke 14:21 ...

Dream Four: A Dream of Protection and Precious Fruit

Image
Dream Four: A Dream of Protection and Precious Fruit The Dream: I was leaving a store plaza when, ahead of me, I saw tankers—hundreds of them—riding down the street. You could see them coming for miles. Each tanker had a soldier sitting on top of it. They were not American; I knew in the dream they were from another country, and they were not of European descent. Immediately, I thought to myself that I needed to get to my children.  I rushed on a bus as fast as I could to get each of them. I could feel how frantic I was in the dream. It’s like I knew something was about to take place. I didn’t know what was about to happen, but I felt like danger was coming.  I had to find what mattered to me most in this world. Once I had gathered all of them, I found a vacant library, and we hid there. By that time, it was nighttime.  I ended up outside the library. I then saw lights approaching in the dark; my fear grew as I realized it was the same soldiers, the same tanker...

Dream Three: A Dream of Warning

Image
Dream Three: A Dream of Warning The Dream: I remember this dream vividly. It was a couple of years maybe, before Covid. I was standing outside, looking across vast stretches of green grassland, nothing else in sight. Suddenly, an object appeared in the sky—a white cylinder-shaped object, descending slowly as if it were landing. Written along its side were words in a language I could not read. I watched as it touched the ground. Whatever this was it was landing slowing, and once it landed it was as if it connected to the earth, the sound it made was like unto a bank vault locking, but a thousand times louder. Then gases began to spew from it, and I ran for safety. As I fled, I saw animals dying, I remember monkeys falling from the trees as they swung from one vine to the next. It appeared the air itself was dangerous. When I reached home, I began sealing the cracks in the walls with duct tape, trying to protect myself from the unseen danger outside. I knew duct tape couldn’t resi...

Dream Two: A Dream of Masks and Foundation

Image
Dream Two: A Dream of Masks and Foundation In my dream, I saw someone I no longer speak to at a masquerade party at night. I only saw him from behind and from his right side, but I knew it was him. He wore a black suit. While others danced and twirled around in masks, he walked slowly. I watched as he approached a woman and kissed her, putting his tongue in her mouth, which made me feel disgusted. Some guests wore masks covering only their eyes, while others had full masks; I believe his mask covered only his eyes. The scene shifted, and I looked at my phone, where I received several pictures from him of that night, along with a voice message. The message was noisy, with sounds of commotion and possibly sexual acts. I wondered why he sent these to me—was it an accident or intentional? I also thought, since we no longer speak, why would he do this? The scene changed like it always does in my dreams, where I’m in a whole different place. I was somewhere where construction was b...

Dream One: A Dream of Escape

Image
Dream One: A Dream of Escape The Dream: I had a dream where I was inside a man’s house, but my attention was drawn to the basement. When I went down, or appeared there, it didn’t feel like a regular basement; it felt like I was underground, like what under a city would look like, like a tunnel.  I immediately began to feel trapped or stuck there. I remember the man motioning to the right side of the underground tunnel; it was like he was showing me everything he had done. I still felt a sense of being stuck, wanting to leave, not wanting to be there any longer.  When I looked to the right, I saw rows of stone displays, each one different, having its own meaning. To the left, murky sewer water ran alongside them; both sides stretched for miles.  I had made up my mind that I wasn't going to stay there any longer, so I turned around to find the way out. At the top of the stairs was a large wooden flap, like a pet door but bigger, with light shining faintly through...
